August 2nd is my 4th anniversary of the first Ikebana demonstaraton in English

August 2nd is my special day because this is the day when I did Ikebana demonstration. How may people have I met and shared in the joy of Ikebana since then?

I never thought of I would be able to work as a Japanese Cultural Consultant. Fortunately, more and more people joined in my class and project. However I started one student in my Ikebana class and I never thought of having workshops or demonstration. Amazing!

First I only wanted to make myself useful, contribution this community with my skills and techniques and culture. Now I have been learning something new about Ikebana.Teaching and learning from y students are enjoyable.I have been understanding what I am doing in this community and what I can do for the community.

Thanks to my Ikebana teachers here in the States, Mrs. Kurashige and Mrs. Tingleaf, I can continue learning and teaching Ikebana. Of course, My Japanese teacher taught me all the important principles. Thank you Ms Hisako Ishii. One more, who gave me courage, Brian Tracy
